ACE Healthcare (Pvt.) Ltd. is a BOI approved and LEED (Green) Certified Mega Pharmaceutical and Cosmeceutical Manufacturing Plant designed to comply with GMP, WHO-GMP, EU-GMP and US FDA Standards, located in Horana, Sri Lanka.

OFFICER - WAREHOUSE

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Managing stock levels and making key decisions about stock control.
  • Build strong working relationship with all supporting team
  • Managing and motivating the team to achieve targets and ensure efficiency.
  • Prepare and manage store budgets to meet financial objectives.
  • Develop and implement SOP and action plans to correct any deficiencies.
  • Have hands-on experience and good knowledge of inventory management system
  • Prepare the daily delivery schedules on the warehouse management
  • Be knowledgeable of warehouse key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Closely monitor all warehouse operations by complying with extensive security procedures and protocols.
  • Cooperate with the internal audit department to regularly check inventory levels by conducting physical stock count & reconciling with the system.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • A degree in logistic/business administration/supply chain management from a recognized university and professional
  • Proficiency using ERP system and MS office application
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English
  • Excellent multi-tasking. Organizational, and time management skill
  • Preferable below 30 years of age
  • 2-4 Years Experience, Preferable in Pharmaceutical industry
