REQUIREMENTS
- Familiar With Concepts of Windows, LAN, WAN, Networking Infrastructure.
- Meeting with clients to diagnose software, networking or hardware issues.
- PC applications (Office 365, MS Package and third party software)
- Printers (technology and servicing)
- Managing backups of servers, in case of data loss.
- Familiar with networking and Cloud Technology.
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field from a recognized Institute.
- Minimum of 6 months work experience in a similar capacity.
- Good command of oral and written English.
- Ability to work long hours.
