- Solving driver partner issues and providing training and establishing a connect
- Ensuring smooth on-ground operations for rider and driver flow Solving rider queries and creating rider delight
- Understanding competition moves and ensuring company is able to respond to market moves with agility and effectiveness.
REQUIREMENTS
- This is a team management and a operational role and hence will
- Require weekend work and/or night shifts
- Minimum 1 year working experience
- Solid communication skills (English/Sinhala)
- Stakeholder management
- A diploma or higher
