Required Skills and Qualifications

• Looking after the allocated location and ensuring that the necessary standards are maintained as per the SOP provided
• Solving driver partner issues and providing training and establishing a connect
• Ensuring smooth on-ground operations for rider and driver flow Solving rider queries and creating rider delight
• Understanding competition moves and ensuring company is able to respond to market moves with agility and effectiveness.

REQUIREMENTS

• This is a team management and a operational role and hence will Require weekend work and/or night shifts Minimum 1 year working experience Solid communication skills (English/Sinhala) Stakeholder management
  A diploma or higher
