Lucky industries (Pvt) Ltd is a garment manufacturing company, established in 1960 with one production unit, and now we have 04 production units in Sri Lanka. In our many years in the field of tailoring, not only we have perfected it from a trade to an art; we have also worked with a wide range of clients of various calibers all over the world.

Candidate Profile -

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Management or in Textile/Apparel Technology and/or Professional qualification.
• Minimum 3-4 years' experience in a similar capacity at a reputed Garment Manufacturing Company.
• Energetic individual who has Into detail attitude and capability of leading and driving the teams to achieve KPIs.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills with the capacity of handling a full operation of the plant.
• Sound knowledge in MS Office package coupled with good language proficiency.
• Should be excellent in monitoring and following up performance of the plant on hourly basis and in taking quick and right actions.
