We are a growing bakery chain with six outlets in Colombo. Our vision is to be a top food brand in the country. Our mission is to provide our customers with food that is fresh, delicious and nourishing. We have a vacancy for an outlet manager for the next outlet that is coming up.
Job Role
- Previous experience as an outlet manager in the bakery field of at least three years.
- Ability to manage the outlet in a dynamic operation to the highest Food & Beverage Standards.
- Able to lead of team of young crew under work pressure, remain composure and build up team work.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends when required.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Sound Secondary Education with good communication skills in Sinhala and English.
- Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management and hygiene standards.
- At least 10 years of experience in the F&B sector and managerial experience of at least 3 years.
- A hands-on approach where the manager works alongside the team motivating and driving excellence.
