We are looking for an individual who enjoys new product development and is dedicated to the craft of baking good quality, consistent product - in an in-store bakery.
The right person will be disciplined, process oriented and have a good understanding of ingredients.
PASTRY CHEF
Location Colombo 07
- Minimum 3 years experience in an international pastry kitchen, as Chef or Sous Chef
- Certificate in kitchen hygiene is mandatory
- Formal culinary training & exposure to ISO 22000 will be an added advantage
- Ability to experiment with new products, mix & match recipes and create unique dishes
- Inventory management: Planning, ordering, replenishing & monitoring shelf life
- Exposure at a French bakery will be an added advantage
