JOB PROFILE

We are looking for a dynamic individuals with a passion to pursue a career in Product Development. The ideal candidate should be energetic, team player with excellent communication, proactive attitude, ability to be self-motivated and work independently to achieve tight deadlines.

PATTERN MAKER

• Ensure to DVP styles pattern to meet customer requirement [Design / Quality / costing
• Grade patterns to given graded size chart.
• Provide patterns and required details to marker maker for consumptions.
• Direct required information to the rest of team. [Technical/Merchant]
• List down style pattern concerns and discuss with team to get final confirmation.
• Attend for weekly Technical meeting and discuss pattern related details with factory team (after planning styles to the factories).
• Prepare and release document for production [Pattern discrepancy report]
• Attend for fit sessions in buying offices.
• Closely working with technical team and sample cutting team for solve pattern concerns.
• Closely working with sample Supervisor/MO's to get sample right first time.
• Release patterns for pilot and bulk.

CANDIDATES

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in the similar capacity.
• Work as a team player
• IT literacy and computer skills
• Good communication and writing skill in Sinhala and English
