We are on the lookout for a Payroll executive for our well reputed Client Company located in Sri Lanka.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execution of services to client across Master Data Management, Time & Attendance and Payroll.
- Ensure the homes are remaining within budgeted hours on a four weekly/Monthly basis by checking timesheets.
- Effective management of compensation and benefits.
- Check the holiday entitlement.
- Participating in process improvement, value creation and automation projects
- Set up Auto Enrolment pension for new homes as required and the payment to the provider is on time
QUALIFICATIONS
- BSc/MSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field
- 01 to 02 years of experience in payroll processing
- Advanced working knowledge of MS Excel
- Knowledge & experience in HRIS would be an advantage
