RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure the smooth operation of attendance tracking and payroll-related activities.
- Analyzing and preparing pay reports for the management.
- Good knowledge of EPF & ETF handling.
- Computing final due payments of resigning employees and coordinating finance-related exit clearance.
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma / Degree in Human Resources Management.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar capacity.
- Experience in handling the hSenid HRIS system is a must.
- Strong analytical skills and effective communication skills.
- Well conversant in MS Excel
- Age between 25-35
