Payroll Executive

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure the smooth operation of attendance tracking and payroll-related activities.
  • Analyzing and preparing pay reports for the management.
  • Good knowledge of EPF & ETF handling.
  • Computing final due payments of resigning employees and coordinating finance-related exit clearance.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma / Degree in Human Resources Management.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar capacity. 
  • Experience in handling the hSenid HRIS system is a must.
  • Strong analytical skills and effective communication skills.
  • Well conversant in MS Excel
  • Age between 25-35
