Responsibilities
- Acting As A First Point Of Contact For Callers, Dealing With Emails And Phone Calls By Responding, Passing On Messages Or Highlighting Them For Their Manager's Attention
- Booking And Arranging Travel, Transport And Accommodation
- Organizing Events And Conferences
- Reminding The Manager/Executive Of Important Tasks And Deadlines
- Typing, Compiling And Preparing Reports, Presentations And Correspondence
Qualifications
- 06 months years related experience required.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Familiarity with, or ability to quickly learn, basic office and clerical procedures and equipment.
