Candidate Profile & Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial / Mechanical Engineering / Business Administration or related field
• A candidate who is willing to work in Kurunegala District
• Proven work experience as a Plant Manager with managerial experience
• Hands on experience in Food Industry
• Adequate knowledge of business and management principles (budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation etc,)
• Familiarity with industry standard equipment and technical expertise
• Be knowledgeable of safety, quality, productivity, demand creation, inventory etc,
• Computer literacy
• Ability to create accountability and to lead by example
• Strong team building, decision-making and people management skills
