Duties and Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding printer problems in a timely and professional manner.
- Diagnose technical issues and recommend
- Testing and calibrating printers to ensure performance standards are met.
- Troubleshooting printer problems such as paper jams or computer conflicts that may be causing printing errors.
- Minimum of 6 months work experience in a similar capacity.
- Must be a good team player.
- Should have the ability to work beyond working hours.
