Procurement Executive

Requirements

• A relevant qualification in Procurement Management and Supply Chain Management.
• Experience in the paint manufacturing industry is an added advantage.
• 2-5 years of experience in procurement.
• Age below 35 years.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Computer literacy.
• Residence in close proximity to Gampaha.

Responsibility

• Overseeing the entire supply chain, procurement, and purchasing processes.
• Implementing and maintaining a registered supplier database.
• Managing supplier relationships.
• Estimating and establishing cost parameters and budgets for purchases.
• Creating and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Making professional decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintaining records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.
• Reviewing and analyzing all vendor/supplier options, supply sources, and pricing.
• Developing plans for purchasing equipment, services, and supplies.
• Ensuring the quality of products and supplies meets high standards.
