- Bachelor degree in Fashion Design or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in lingerie design and product development.
- Strong knowledge of lingerie construction and technical design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design software.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to create mood boards, work with fit models, oversee quality inspection and visual merchandising.
- Passion for fashion and lingerie design.
