Product Development Executive
Location: India (Tirupur / Delhi)

It's now a global business employing multi-cultural people across eight global locations. Britannia is a partner with leading retail and brand owners to provide a secondary supply chain they can depend on.

SCOPE OF THE POSITION:

Responsible for all functions and activities in relation to the all production units. This includes planning, directing and controlling the production, business strategies and activities to achieve set profit targets.

ROLES & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Evaluating the production performance of each machine
• All the arrangements in relation to production handling e.g. Allocation and Ordering
  the raw materials & briefing the required quality standard to the QC & Operators
• Maintain and develop relationship with key suppliers
• Sharing operator's feedback with the management, if required
• Initiate cost effective methods of production
• Manage all the resources in order to achieve company objectives

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION

• GCE A/L (Maths stream preferred), Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent qualification from recognize institute.
• Working experience in the related field will be an added advantage.
• Good leadership and communication skills with ability to interact well with all parties concerned.
• Good communication skills in English is a must.
• Able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
• Part qualifications of CIM /CIMA is an added advantage
