Product Development Manager

Lanka Spice (Pvt) Limited, owners of the renowned brand "Mc Currie" has been in the spice industry for 35 years, with the manufacture of spices, spice related powders and ready-to-eat jar products is in search of a dynamic, result oriented Product Development Manager for immediate employment. 

Essential Candidate requirement

• A Degree in Food Science and Technology from a recognized institute.
• Minimum five years' experience in new product development.
• Good knowledge in food microbiology, food analysis, food chemistry, food quality management (need basic knowledge only), nutrition, sensory analysis, food safety and manufacturing and familiar with local and international food standards.
• Naturally inquisitive and passionate about Innovation and renovation of food products.
• A sound Knowledge of NPDI process.
• Data driven problem solving track records.
• Analyze and present market insights and trends for product development.
• Demonstrate strong technical, communication and presentation abilities.
• Proficient in MS office application.
• Able to work well both independently and as a part of a team.
