Product Promotion Assistant - Smart Boards

Singer (Sri Lanka) PLC operates with the vision to be the market leader in elevating and enriching lives in Sri Lanka.

The position holder will be expected to be a brand custodian for an assigned brand/product and will be required to conduct trainings around the country, identify market opportunities and coordinate with shops and customers to canvas sales. He/She will also be expected provide overall support to retail and wholesale channels to promote the IFP business.

Job Profile

• Identify market opportunities and necessary follow-up to increase sales.
• Share insights on updated technology used in the market and suggestions for product improvements.
• Support sales staff for sales through assistance on product demonstrations, attending educational fairs, trade shows and sponsored events and by providing necessary training •
• Improve customer experience by providing advice and guidance in selecting products and by resolving queries. 
• Work with the service teams on customer complaints to achieve high customer satisfaction.

Personal Profile

• A Degree or HND in Marketing or related professional qualification from SLIM/CIM
• Knowledge of Android OS/Apps & computer maintenance. 
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Experience in retail environment will be considered as an added advantage.
• Proficiency in all three languages will be an advantage
