Responsibilities:
- Responsible for monitoring and calculating daily food cost across all production departments
- Controlling cost of production and achieve maximum output at lowest possible cost.
- Lead the implementation of ISO 22000 under the guidance of quality consultant.
- Achieve and maintain consistency in quality of products and final Inspection of FG.
- Work with production teams to ensure cost-effective, high quality and timely delivery of products.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance production quality and capacity.
- Ensure that final product meets quality standards and customer specifications.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent qualification with relevant experience
- Knowledge of food and beverage manufacturing processes.
- Ability to manage and execute production management strategies across the plant operations
- Ability to work under pressure, with flexible working hours & utmost responsibility.
