As a Executive Production / Shift Incharge, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our manufacturing processes, ensuring product quality, and adhering to sustainability standards. Your responsibilities will include:
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall production output, with a keen focus on chemical and polymer processes.
- Establish and enforce rigorous quality control measures to maintain the highest standards of paper production, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company specifications.
- Lead and inspire a team of production professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in chemical and polymer science, applying this knowledge to identify and implement innovative solutions that drive productivity and sustainability.
- Collaborate with the finance team to develop and manage budgets for production operations, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising on quality.
- Prioritize and enforce a culture of safety within the production environment, implementing best practices and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
- A bachelor's or master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, or a related field. Additional qualifications or certifications in production management are a plus.
- Proven track record of at least 3 years in a leadership role within the manufacturing industry, with a focus on chemical and polymer processes.
- In-depth knowledge of chemical and polymer science, coupled with a strong understanding of production processes in the paper manufacturing sector.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
