Requirements :
- Degree or diploma in Polymer Science or Chemical Engineering
- Minimum 3 - 5 years related Flexible packaging industry
- Sound knowledge of Film blowing / Flex printing
- Experience in HD / LD /CPP /BOPP / PP production knowledge
- Continuously evaluate and improve manufacturing processes to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality.
- Excellent Interpersonal, Communication, Leadership & Analytical skills.
