Qualifications

• Diploma in engineering (NTD/NDES/HNDE) or equivalent qualification.
• 03 years in rubber related manufacturing plant.
• Skill in machinery dismantle / installation / commissioning.
• Team handing and coaching

Key Accountabilities

• On time milestones in Project Plan.
• Project adherence percentage.
• Cost control and budget adherence of CAPEX.
• Budget adherence of Project.
• Reduce machine downtime percentage.
• Control the engineering expenses./ Engineering budget compliance.
• Improve the reliability of machines Reliability index.
• Reduce number of breakdowns Mean time between failures (MTBF).
• Reduce repair time of machineries Mean time to repair (MTTR).

Project Draftsman

Qualifications

• Diploma in engineering (NTD/NDES/HNDE) or equivalent qualification.
• 01 years' experience in AUTO CAD/ SOLID WORK tools.
• Skill in mechanical measurements/ designs / developments.
• Team handing and coaching.

• On time milestones in Project Plan.
• New designs for the existing problems.
• On time completion of allocated drawings and designs.
• Project adherence percentage.
• Intensity of design and workability.
• On time work completion.
