Project Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Manager to lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders. Theideal candidate will have a proven track record in project management, excellent leadership skills, and a strong ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and objectives
• Identify and manage project risks and issues
• Communicate project status to stakeholders, including management and clients
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and QA
• Ensure project deliverables meet or exceed expectations
• Facilitate project meetings, including status updates, planning, and retrospectives
• Manage and motivate project team members
• Continuously monitor project progress and adjust as necessary
• Provide guidance and mentorship to less experienced project managers

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Project Management, Business Administration, or Computer Science
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar position or similar job activities
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies
• Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• PMP or other project management certification is a plus
