Property Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of assigned properties
• Coordinate with operating agents to maximize the return to owner
• Design business plan for other assets not managed by operating agents
• Inspect and arrange maintenance to meet standards

Requirement

1. Should possess minimum 03 years' post qualified experience with a degree or diploma
2. Proven work experience as property manager
3. Fully understanding property management and its financial aspects
4. In depth knowledge of all rules and regulations related to property management
5. Competency in MS Office and relevant database and software
6. Interpersonal savvy with strong communication and presentation skills
7. Age between 30 to 50 years
