JOB PROFILE
Public Relation Officer handles all inquiries and requests for services, provides information to customers over the telephone, or at the reception counter, while being responsible for admission process, registration of customers, reservation of appointments and other service requests. The PR officer shall also coordinate patients at the OPD, receives the customers and will be directing patients and other visitors to respective departments while coordinating the scheduling of consultants and paramedical services.
