POST OF PURCHASING ASSISTANT
Job Responsibilities;
- Responsible to source, negotiate and purchase materials from vendors.
- Evaluate supplier performance based on quality standards, delivery time & best prices and ensure all the criteria are met according to the organizational requirements and expectation.
- Verifies that the required order is within the agreed budget and deliver on time to the stores.
- Prepare report and maintain the relevant document for the purchasing.
Successful candidate ideally have;
- A minimum 2-3 years industry related experience
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure adhering to standards and deadlines.
- Working knowledge in ERP environment will be an added qualification.
