The ideal candidate should possess,

• Sound academic background with G.C.E A/L (Science/Maths stream).
• A credit passes in English at G.C.E. (O/L).
• Preferably between 25 to 30 years of age.
• Experience in tyre re-treading related industry and / or quality assurance work would be an added advantage
• Diploma or certificate from the PRI and appropriate training or experience in rubber
• related industry.
• Good leadership skills, analytical skills and problem solving.
• Strong inter-personal and communication skills.
• Ability to understand the technical processes in manufacturing and should be able to work independently.
