Quality Assurance Manager

Kotmale Food Products Pvt Limited is a leading manufacturer and distributor of spices and related food products. We are looking for a suitable candidate to join us for the position of above-mentioned.

Required Experience and Qualification:

• Possess a B.Sc. degree in Food Science from a recognized university or any other equal academic or professional qualification (Food Technology)
• Ability to independently work on new product development (spice-related ready-to-eat condiments), from conceptualization, and process development to the final launch.
• Possess 2-5 years' experience in handling ISO 22000:2005, 14001:2004, HACCP, and SLS certification processes. Ability to handle the manufacturing process and production-related activities independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Applications by individuals from the food & beverage industry or hotel industry, who possess the knowledge and capabilities to create condiment recipes would also be considered.
