WKK Engineering is seeking for a suitable candidate for our Pasyala Site to Monitor, Report and keep Management updated on progress of our Road Projects.
Qualifications
- BSc (Quantity Surveying or Engineering)
- Proficient in MS Office MS Project & AUTOCAD package.
Experience
- Above 5 years' experience in IRoad Projects / Highways construction.
- Experience in ADB Funded Projects will be an added advantage.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Preparation of BOQ, Project budget, Work programs, Cash flows, and Cost breakdowns.
- Forecast profitability and closely monitor 3M cost and resource utilization.
- Identification & Preparation of Variations.
- Site Cost Management.
- Preparation of Progress Reports & Presentations.
- Preparation of I.P.A.
- Attending to tendering procedures.
