Quantity Surveyor

Qualification and Experience

• Diploma in Quantity Survey from a recognized institute.
• Minimum 3-4 year experience in a similar capacity.
• Direct experience in construction projects will be added qualification.
• Strong analytical skills with methodical work habits.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD/ Solid work /3D drawings MS projects and PowerPoint will be an added advantage.

Expected Work Scope.

• Reviewing customer requirements and preparing quantity requirements.
• Scrutinizing maintenance and material costs as well as contracts to ensure the best deal.
• Prepare costing follow-up reports and other analytical reports related to the department.
• Traveling from the office to various sites as required.
• Liaising with salespersons, clients, contractors, and factory managers.
