Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying
- Better sound knowledge of construction over Five (05) years of experience in a reputed organization
- Excellent knowledge in preparation for BOQ
- Excellent negotiating skills and great network ability
- Strong communication skills in both Sinhala & English
- Hands-on experience in Auto CAD & MS Office is must
- Enthusiastic team player ability to work with tight deadlines
