R D Executive

Key Activities and Responsibilities:

• Undertake the research and development activities
• Innovate products with new trends to gain new business opportunities
• Document results in technical reports, patents, journal papers and conference publications, participate in proposals, and estimate costs
• Provide appropriate technical knowledge to work independently toward multiple project objectives within established timelines
• Monthly benchmark visit and collect latest products in the market
• Develop material, new packaging/packaging methods and designs relate to products
• Develop existing products based on production issues, customer complaints come through QAAM and sales requirements
• Conduct technical training programs to sales, marketing or any other relevant person
• Preparation of raw material testing parameters, packing material testing parameters, Product testing parameters and production manual
• Arrange to get outside test reports annually for existing products and get test reports for newly develop products
• Maintain strategy projects & Cost reduction projects

Qualifications Required:

• BSc degree in Chemistry
• Minimum two years of working experience in a FMCG Company (Detergent manufacturing)
• Good command in English
• Have strong interpersonal skills to work as a team
• Good computer literacy and presentation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
