QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES:
- Qualification in Sales/Marketing from a recognized institution will be a definite advantage.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in the Real Estate industry or similar.
- Experience with lead generation and prospect management.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent command in both spoken & written English.
- Persuasive and goal-oriented.
- Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor.
- Professional appearance, self-confident, highly independent, assertive.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and consultative sales skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Team player with exceptional networking and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel in order to meet clients and attend events is a must.
