We are looking for bright and energetic front office professionals to be the face of the lodge.
Your duties include greeting the guests, checking guests in and out, issuing keys, and taking reservations by telephone or email, preparing bills and dealing with payments. You are required to provide guests with information, answer their queries and deal with complaints in an effective and efficient manner.
You should be polite, confident and patient. You should be an experienced candidate with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills and fluent in English (both written and oral).
