Receptionist cum Admin

As the Receptionist cum Admin, your responsibilities include:

  • Greet all visitors cordially and professionally and assist them with meeting their party.
  • Contact appropriate departments for visitors on a job interview.
  • Answer incoming calls courteously and professionally.
  • Accept and distribute packages from delivery services.
  • Maintain standard office supply inventory as required by office.
  • Maintain conference room scheduling.
  • Assist with administrative duties and special projects/events as requested.
  • Issue parking and building key card for new employees and guests, as applicable
  • Maintain a personal professional appearance by dressing according to company dress code for receptionist.
  • Act as a liaison with building management FCC during emergency, power outages, fire and temperature control.
  • Upkeep of offices, meeting rooms and pantry area.
  • Transport arrangement for employees working shifts while Maintains the logs.

Prerequisites:

  • High School degree or equivalent.
  • Min 1 year work related experience preferred.
  • Professional manner and appearance.
  • Effective oral communication skills.
  • Ability to type 30 words per minute.
  • Basic Word, Excel and Outlook skills.
  • Ability to consistently arrive to work at designated time.
  • Experience working with a multi-line phone system would be an added advantage.
  • First-aid knowledge and fire training would be an added advantage.
