Recovery Officer

Responsibilities

• Follow upon outstanding payments achieving monthly collection targets as assigned by the Supervisor.
• Visit customers and collecting payments.
• Attend and complete all other matters as assigned by the Supervisor.

Qualifications

• Passed G.C.E. A/L with 3 passes.
• Minimum 1 year experience as a recovery officer or in a similar position.
• Having a motorbike will be an added advantage (Motorbike riding license is mandatory)
• Male candidates are preferred.
• Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills in English and Sinhala.
• Strong negotiation skills to visit talents and suppliers to collect payments on time.
