PERSON SPECIFICATION

  • Age 23 - 30.
  • Female & Male Candidates are preferred.
  • Completed or following a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or other related professional qualification.
  • Experience in sales or business development will be an added Advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

JOB ROLE IN BRIEF

  • Handling the entire recruitment and onboarding process.
  • Using recruitment tools, such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and job boards.
  • Negotiate and build relationships with potential candidates and clients.
  • Manage a high volume of candidates and job postings.
  • Think creatively to come up with new and innovative recruitment strategies.
  • Working on talent acquisition metrics and to analyze and interpret data to make informed decisions.
