PERSON SPECIFICATION
- Age 23 - 30.
- Female & Male Candidates are preferred.
- Completed or following a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or other related professional qualification.
- Experience in sales or business development will be an added Advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
JOB ROLE IN BRIEF
- Handling the entire recruitment and onboarding process.
- Using recruitment tools, such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and job boards.
- Negotiate and build relationships with potential candidates and clients.
- Manage a high volume of candidates and job postings.
- Think creatively to come up with new and innovative recruitment strategies.
- Working on talent acquisition metrics and to analyze and interpret data to make informed decisions.
