Requirements

• Age must be below 30 years.
• Possess a Degree in Business Administration or MBA
• Minimum 4- 5 years' proven experience in Sales and Marketing
• Male candidates are preferred
• Strong PR skills and client focused approach
• Excellent People management skills
• Proficiency in computer skills including Ms. Excel
• Be target oriented ,self-motivated dynamic individual with high level of initiative
• Willing and able to travel around the country to grow the business
• Experience in handling and maintaining relationships with medical professionals such as ENT doctors would be an added advantage

Areas of responsibility

• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the team
• Create, plan and implement sales strategy, and strategic sales and business development initiatives
• Maintain and expand customer base , building and maintaining rapport with key customers, and identifying new customer opportunities.
• Managing objective setting, Training, motivating and performance monitoring of team members
• Identify emerging markets and new market trends while being fully aware of new products and competition status
