Repair Service Engineer

We are looking for a suitable qualified person to join the company as a REPAIR & SERVICE - ENGINEER for the following role and responsibilities.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Totally responsible for the productivity in the repair division 
• Manage the service team - Technicians and office staff
• Approving quotations
• Evaluating repair cost estimates
• Follow up on WIP pump repairs and also unclaimed pumps -Manage and monitor the repair backlo
• Responsible for the fund collection of the repair division
• Attending to customer inquiries and complaints if required
• Planning and managing all repair and installation activities within the SLAs.
• Ensure repair hotline/customer care service is maintained as per company standards
• Assigning repair schedules
• Prepare monthly reports for the management meeting
• Documenting and preparing daily progress reports and maintenance logs

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• 5 years' experience in the similar field
• BSc in Mechanical or Electrical engineering/NDT in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Technology or Equal Qualification
