Responsibilities

  • Handle all reservation inquiries from travel agents as well as direct guests either received online or via telephone
  • Effective use of the Central Reservations System
  • Ensure that all reservation vouchers are recorded and entered to the system following standard company procedures with clear and concise information
  • Maximize conversion of inquiries and maintain relationships with travel agents by communicating in a clear, friendly, and polite manner
  • Provide timely updates to the management and colleagues regarding occupancy reports, rates, and budgets
  • Assist in the coordination and distribution of work

Prerequisites

  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • A minimum of two years of experience in a similar position in the hotel sector is mandatory
  • A positive character with a professional attitude
  • Fully vaccinated candidates are encouraged to apply
