Responsibilities
- Handle all reservation inquiries from travel agents as well as direct guests either received online or via telephone
- Effective use of the Central Reservations System
- Ensure that all reservation vouchers are recorded and entered to the system following standard company procedures with clear and concise information
- Maximize conversion of inquiries and maintain relationships with travel agents by communicating in a clear, friendly, and polite manner
- Provide timely updates to the management and colleagues regarding occupancy reports, rates, and budgets
- Assist in the coordination and distribution of work
Prerequisites
- Excellent written and communication skills
- A minimum of two years of experience in a similar position in the hotel sector is mandatory
- A positive character with a professional attitude
