Resident Manager (F&B Background)

Should have good interpersonal skills and be able to easily adjust & adapt to different working environment with multi- tasking capabilities, be a methodical & self-disciplined person capable of working with minimum supervision and prepared to work long hours when necessary.

Qualifications & Experience

• Should have pleasing personality with a passion to provide an exceptional guest service.
• Should possess hands-on experience in the relevant field & Age between 35 to 50.

Job Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the entire operation of the hotel, ensuring exceptional guests experiences, staff management, and over roll business success.

Candidate profile

• Part or fully qualified from a recognized hospitality management diploma /degree
• Should Posses excellent social skills, people management skills, financial understanding, cost controlling, marketing, and guest relation skills.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the position.

Salary Negotiable, Service charge, Meals & Accommodation will be provided.
