Responsible for overall management of the hotel including supervision of the F & B, Housekeeping

Job Role:

• Oversees whole process of the hotel including Employee engagement in each activity assigned to each employee.
• Marketing & sales activities of the hotel.
• Determine production schedules and staff requirements necessary to ensure timely delivery of services.
• Negotiate prices and order supplies.
• Inspect supplies, equipment, and work areas to ensure conformance to established standards.
• Coordinate with management in planning, budgeting, and purchasing for all the operations within establishment.
• Interact with customers where necessary.

Experience & Skills Required:

• 4 to 10 years of working experience as a Resort Manager (Different Industry Experts are also welcome).
• Age should be below 45 Years.
• Excellent Communication skills in English.
• IT Literacy.
• Marketing skills with Presentation Skills.
• Good Management Skills
• Excellent Public Relationship Skills.
