We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Restaurant & Bar Manager to join Trinco Blu by Cinnamon, Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts is Sri Lanka's largest Hotel owner, with a portfo- lio of 15 Hotels and Resorts in both Sri Lanka and the Maldives. Furthermore, adding to its portfolio, the much anticipated project valued at USD 1 Billion - Cinnamon Life Integrated Resort, will be opening soon. Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts is a member of John Keells Hold- ings PLC, one of the largest listed Conglomerates in Sri Lanka

The Restaurant & Bar Manager will manage the restaurant and bar operations according to the set standards to ensure excellent Food and Beverage Services are provided to the guests while adhering to budgets, training staff, and handling guests' complaints. In addi- tion, you will assist the Assistant Food and Beverage Manager in achieving maximum F&B profitability and managing the restaurant's physical appearance, maintenance, and ambi- ence. You will also be working with the Assistant F&B Manager to establish and maintain effective internal controls within the department and reviewing reservations and upcoming events to plan appropriate staffing levels to schedule work rosters. In addition, the Restau- rant & Bar Manager would build and maintain good customer relations and demonstrate a strong knowledge of Food and Beverage Trends within the hospitality industry.
