Restaurant Manager
Location - Katugasthota Super Centre

The selected candidate will be responsible to,

  • Coordinate daily front of the restaurant and back of the restaurant operations.
  • Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints.
  • Organize and supervise shifts and appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.
  • Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils and cleaning products.
  • Control operational costs and identify measures to improve operations.
  • Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses.

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Passed G.C.E A/L with sound educational background.
  • BSc degree in Business Administration; Hospitality Management or culinary schooling is a plus.
  • Proven work experience as a restaurant manager for 3 years.
  • Extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge.
  • Strong leadership, motivational and people skills.
  • Acute financial management skills.
