Restaurant Manager
Location - Katugasthota Super Centre
The selected candidate will be responsible to,
- Coordinate daily front of the restaurant and back of the restaurant operations.
- Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction.
- Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints.
- Organize and supervise shifts and appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.
- Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.
- Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils and cleaning products.
- Control operational costs and identify measures to improve operations.
- Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Passed G.C.E A/L with sound educational background.
- BSc degree in Business Administration; Hospitality Management or culinary schooling is a plus.
- Proven work experience as a restaurant manager for 3 years.
- Extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge.
- Strong leadership, motivational and people skills.
- Acute financial management skills.
