Restaurant Supervisor

Requirements :

• 3 - 5 years experience in a similar capacity, managing an upscale, casual dining operation
• Experience handling a manual coffee machine
• Exposure at an international café chain will be an added advantage
• The ideal candidate will have experience managing peak period operations, with quick turnaround
• Ability to manage the location cash and inventory
• Ability to work flexible hours, as needed
