Retail Sales Assistants

The role

The Retail Sales Assistants directly reporting to Store Assistant Manager. The key focus of this job role is to support the Sales functions of the company. Performer will have the opportunity to grow and progress in their career Sales at Phoenix.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting Customers.
• Arranging and Cleaning of Display. Cashiering.
• Assisting with stock taking activities.

Requirements

• Age between 20-30.
• Ability work long hours.
• Team Player With strong interpersonal skills.
• Minimum 1-2 years retail experience.
• Ability to handle a competitive work environment and work under minimum supervision.
• Excellent language and communications skills in Sinhala and English.

Candidates residing close proximity to Welisara/Wattala will be given high prominence.
