Job Profile

Sales Administration Assistant will provide support to the management team within the Company's sales/marketing department to achieve the given targets.

Will assist and coordinate with sales staff in respect of order processing, coordinate with distributor's staff on administration matters and sales information processing, evaluate expenses of field staff and distributors and will provide sales information reports/analysis as required by the management.

The Person

  • Should qualify with G.C.E A/L
  • School leavers are encouraged to apply
  • Previous experience in Sales Administration and/or professional qualifications in Business Administration will be advantageous.
  • Good IT literacy (MS Office)
  • Should be a good team player and also should have good interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Preferably should be below 25 years of age
