Sales Administration Executive

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Order Processing: Accurately process and manage customer orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment
  • Customer Support: Provide excellent customer support by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive customer relationships
  • Data Entry: Maintain and update customer information, sales records, and other related data.
  • Data Analyze and Presenting: Identifying trends, patterns, and opportunities through statistical analysis and creating data visualizations and reports to effectively communicate findings
  • Sales Reporting: Prepare and generate sales reports and provide regular updates to the sales team and management
  • Documentation: Prepare and maintain sales-related documentation, such as quotations, invoices, and contracts
  • Inventory Management: Collaborate with the inventory team to monitor stock levels and ensure availability of products
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with the sales team, logistics, and other departments to ensure a seamless sales process
  • Assist with Marketing: Support marketing initiatives and promotional activities to drive sales

Education required:

  • Higher Diploma or equivalent qualification in business administration, sales and marketing or related field
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field will be an added advantage

Experience required:

  • Proven experience in sales administration or a related role
  • Computer literacy and sound analytical skills
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g ., Advance Excel, Power BI)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
