Sumathi Information Technologies (Private) Limited is a fully owned subsidiary of Sumathi Holdings and commenced business in the arena of computer networking & data communication in 2001 offering total ICT solutions under one roof. We are looking for a Creative, Knowledgeable and well experienced professional who can join our winning team to deliver quality work to our customers.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Preparing and sending quotations for opportunities of defined scope and limited complexity
• Read and understand tender documents, and prepare the necessary proposal documentation accordingly
• Ensure the delivery and receipt of tenders and other documents through courier in a timely manner
• Undertake customer procurement registration and other paperwork
• Help arrange meetings and other support to carryout meetings
• Assist the sales team with documentation and backend paperwork to release them for customer facing duties

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD POSSESS:

• An excellent command of English, both verbal and written
• Computer literacy on MS Package
• Prior work-relevant experience is not required but will be an added advantage
• A minimum of 2 years of work experience
• The ability to keep to timelines and attention to detail will be essential in performing well in this role
