Sales Coordinator

In order to streamline some of our business units, we are looking for efficient, smart people who are capable of  the following areas:

  • Handling correspondence and build effective business coordination between the company and customers.
  • Following up on quotations and updating of records.
  • Once an order is received, to coordinate with relevant divisions for order execution
  • Gathering customer information and passing to the sales team.
  • Follow up on debtors.
  • Preparing weekly reports and any other reports that maybe required.

The ideal candidate we are looking for:

  • Must be a team player in the age group of 23 - 35 years.
  • Should have a pleasing personality with a positive attitude towards work role.
  • Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Sinhala.
  • Must be able to independently work on Microsoft Office applications.
  • Should be methodical and organized in how work is carried out.
  • A suitable education in Sales and Marketing would be an added advantage
